AACR NextGen Grants for Transformative Cancer Research

The AACR NextGen Grants for Transformative Cancer Research represent a new AACR funding initiative to stimulate highly innovative research from young investigators. This grant mechanism is intended to promote and support creative, paradigm‐shifting cancer research that, because of its very nature, may not otherwise be funded through existing channels. 

Eligibility is limited to junior faculty who, at the start of the grant term, have held a full‐time, tenure‐track appointment as an assistant professor for no more than three years.

Funding: $150,000 per year

Duration: 3 years
