Office of Science: Office of Biological and Environmental Research. Atmospheric System Research (ASR)

This grant invites applications for research using observations to advance fundamental understanding of the cloud, aerosol, precipitation, and radiation processes across a range of scales key to improving the predictability of the Earth’s radiative balance and hydrologic cycle.

Requests for research must address one of the following research topics:

1. Aerosol processes
2. High-latitude atmospheric processes
3. Ice cloud processes

 

Funding: up to $700,000 total 

Duration: 2-3 years
